Yoga Classes- are all Hatha based vinyasa flow

Beginners: A gentle yoga with basic postures.
Level 1: Strong focus on breath. Intermediate postures. Medium Vinyasa flow.
Mixed: Focus on strength. Challenging postures. Strong Vinyasa flow.
Chakra Yoga: Combination of yoga postures, pranayamas, meditation, light, lights and colours to balance the chakras.
Yogaroma: Combination of yoga postures, aromatherapy with essential oils.
Meditation: Relaxing the mind to achieve stillness.
