Chakra Yoga: Combination of yoga postures, pranayamas, meditation, lights and colours to balance the chakras. Yoga Nidra: full-body relaxation and a deep meditative state of consciousness. A reset to your nervous system. Meditation: Relaxing the mind to achieve stillness.
